When to Use AWS Secrets Manager
Good fit if you need
- ✓ Teams with many API keys/tokens
- ✓ CI/CD pipelines needing secure env vars
- ✓ SOC2/compliance requirements
Not the best choice if
- ✗ Solo developer with few secrets
- ✗ Static sites without backend
Consider instead: identity-auth
